- Copy all content from / var / lib / rrdcached / db / pve2- {node, storage} / old-hostname to / var / lib / rrdcached / db / pve2- {node, storage} / new-hostname and delete old folders.
- Reboot server
Attention! If you have a pve-cluster, then you need to do something else.
